Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme by The Artsy Reader. This week’s topic is Inspirational/ Thought-Provoking Book Quotes. I have plenty of quotes highlighted in both my hard copy books and my eBooks – in fact, I even have one of these quotes as wall art in my house.

- “Happiness can be found in the darkest of times, if one only remembers to turn on the light” – Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban by JK Rowling
- “Of course it is happening inside your head, Harry, but why on earth should that mean it is not real?” – Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows by JK Rowling
- “It does not do to dwell on dreams and forget to live” – Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone by JK Rowling
- “My thoughts are stars I cannot fathom into constellations.” – The Fault in Our Stars by John Green
- “You don’t get to choose if you get hurt in this world… but you do have some say in who hurts you.” – The Fault in Our Stars by John Green
- “Some infinities are bigger than other infinities.” (Not mathematically correct, but a nice sentiment) – The Fault in Our Stars by John Green
- “We accept the love we think we deserve” – Perks of Being a Wallflower by Stephen Chbosky
- “Open your eyes and see what you can with them before they close forever.” – All the Light We Cannot See by Anthony Doerr
