Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme by The Artsy Reader. This week’s topic is Books I Enjoyed but Rarely Talk About. This is an interesting topic – as a member of the blogging community, I love talking about the books I liked with other like minded people. So I’ve compiled a list of books I haven’t talked a lot about but were great reads.
- Roomies by Christina Lauren
- Well Met by Jen DeLuca
- Recursion by Blake Crouch
- Annihilation by Jeff VanderMeer
- And Then There Were None by Agatha Christie
- Where’d You Go Bernadette by Maria Semple
- Becoming by Michelle Obama
- Big Little Lies by Liane Moriarty
- The Devil’s Arithmetic by Jane Yolen
- Walt Disney: An American Original by Bob Thomas

I read ‘The Devil’s Arithmetic’ when I was a kid and I still have a paperback copy. It was powerful!
And Then There Were None is certainly worth crowing about. I enjoyed it a lot. My TTT list
The Devil’s Arithmetic by Jane Yolen this is one of the rare books that I have re-read numerous times as I am not normally a re-reader but I absolutely love this book even to this day.
Well Met sounds like a great book. I haven’t read any of these yet though.
I’m in two minds whether to read Becoming by Michelle Obama. I love her. I think she’s a brilliant, inspirational person, but I don’t like to read biographies and autobiographies.

I keep hearing great things about Christina Lauren books and I am seconds away from buying one. XD
I don’t tend to reach for non-fiction at all, but Becoming by Michelle Obama is everywhere and It sounds like a great read judging by how much everyone else loves it! I’m definitely going to check some of these out!
Happy Reading! <3
I loved Well Met! ♥
Michelle Obama’s book was one of my favourites from last year!

I’m glad you enjoyed it too!
I’ve heard good things about Roomies! 🙂
My TTT post!
Have you seen the film based on Annihilation? Assuming I’m thinking of the same story, it’s the one about the alien technology that lands on Earth and causes all kinds of anomalies in that area. A team of scientists and soldiers are sent to investigate.
My TTT.
I haven’t seen it yet! I’ve been meaning to watch it.
I’ve seen the TV show Big Little Lies, but still need to read the book 🙂

I don’t talk about Roomies, Well Met, Where’d You Go Bernadette or Becoming much either, but I also loved them.
I loved Big Little Lies a lot more than I expect to – and the tv show adaptation (at least season 1) was pretty great too. 🙂

I still need to read Becoming, and I love And Then There Were None.
