Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme by The Artsy Reader. This week’s topic is Books By My Favorite Author That I Still Haven’t Read. Once again, this is sadly an easy topic for me as I tend to adore an authors work and then forget to pick up their other books. I could probably write a list a million miles long based on this topic alone.
- Artemis by Andy Weir. The Martian is one of my all time favorite books but I somehow have not read his next novel yet.
- Armada by Ernest Cline. I really enjoyed Ready Player One and how much effort Ernest puts into his research and world building. I have no doubts that this book will be just as excellent as his first.
- There’s Someone Inside Your House by Stephanie Perkins. I really, really loved her three contemporary books, and I can’t wait to read this thriller.
- Carry On by Rainbow Rowell. Though I wasn’t a fan of Eleanor & Park, I am a huge fan of Fangirl and I have been dying to read this book.
- Will Grayson, Will Grayson by John Green and David Levithan. Though I’ve never read any of David Levithan’s books, I have read a ton of John Green ones and loved them all.
- Renegades by Marissa Meyer. Like most people, I loved the Cinder series, and I can’t wait to dive into her current series.
- Jane, Unlimited by Kristin Cashore. Graceling was one of my all time favorite fantasy series, it was well written and such a fun ride. I’d read basically anything Kristin wrote.
- 99 Percent Mine by Sally Thorne. I really enjoyed her debut, The Hating Game. It was a cute, well written romance book with only a handful of flaws.
- Tempests and Slaughter by Tamora Pierce. I adore her Tortall fantasy series, this continuation is super high on my TBR pile.
- The Husband’s Secret by Liane Moriarty. Big Little Lies was a dark, dishy, wild ride of a book and I’ve been trying to find a copy of her other super popular book for a while.

Lol for me this would be A Darker Shade of Magic by V.E. Schwab! Somehow I still haven’t picked up that series even though everyone says it’s super good and I absolutely loved Vicious and the Monsters of Verity duology.
I want to read that one too! Too many good books to read!
I loved Fangirl so more RR is probably in my future for sure! I thought The Husband’s secret was really good too- hope you enjoy it!
I’m glad you enjoyed it! I can’t wait to read it!
I was recently approved for an ARC of Tempests and Slaughter. I have no idea when I’ll be able to pick it up because I have a ton of books in the queue, but I really hope you enjoy reading it!
* TTT: To all the authors I follow on Twitter & the books I haven’t read 🌷🌷🌷
Thanks! It’s such a struggle – there are way too many good books out there
I really enjoyed Artemis so I hope you get to it soon :).
I just ordered it on Amazon, super excited!
Nice. Hope you get to it soon 🙂
My daughter loves Rainbow Rowell so I have several of her books on my Kindle but haven’t read any of them yet. Soon!
Here is our Top Ten Tuesday. Thank you!
I hope you enjoy them!
I LOVE the tag this week! I got Artemis as a review copy back before it came out and LOVED it. I never read The Martian though.
I AM SO JEALOUS, HOLY. I WOULD DIE OVER AN ANDY WEIR REVIEW COPY
Lol yeah I was pretty psyched! I got it from Netgalley!
I’m reading Fangirl (on audiobook) right now! The book is good, although the audiobook tends to cut off the beginning of audio sections, so part of the first word is missing at times, which isn’t good.
That’s too bad, I hope it doesn’t take too much away from the story!
All Rainbow Rowell books are still on my TBR list. What one do you suggest I start with?
I would highly recommend Fangirl!
I’m so bad for doing this! I say I love an author then realise I’ve only read one of their books. I’d definitely reccomend Will Grayson Will Grayson, David Levithan is also a great author

I love anything by Rainbow Rowell, David Levithan and John Green
I didn’t like Harry Potter but I loved Carry On. I hope you’ll give it a chance.
Artemis and Carry On are fantastic – I hope you love them! 🙂
