Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme by The Artsy Reader. This weekβs topic is Books I Read Because Someone Recommended Them to Me. Honestly, most of my friends aren’t readers, so I don’t really get a lot of recommendations outside of the book blogging world. Fortunately, I get plenty from bloggers who I respect – so here are a few that were recommended to me and that I enjoyed.

- Too Much and Never Enough by Mary L Trump
- The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes by Suzanne Collins
- You’d Be Mine by Erin Hahn
- The Flatshare by Beth O’Leary
- Undercover Bromance by Lyssa Kay Adams

- Murder on the Orient Express by Agatha Christie
- The Cruel Prince by Holly Black
- Geekerella by Ashley Poston
- The Unhoneymooners by Christina Lauren
- The Hating Game by Sally Thorne

You’d Be Mine is a great read! I’m glad someone recommended it to you!
Loved so many of these! Also read The Unhoneymooners because it was all over the bookish corners of the internet, and I loved it – got The Flat Share for that reason and hoping to enjoy it too! π
Love this! I have received so many amazing contemporary romance recommendations from the blogging community!!
I want to read the Mary Trump book but I’ve already made up my mind to vote against him. Maybe it would just inflame me. My TTT list
Agatha Christie’s signature work. https://pmprescott.blogspot.com/2020/10/ttt-102020.html
I realyl enjoyed Youβd Be Mine. I need to re-read it soon. Thanks for the post.
The Unhoneymooners and The Cruel Prince were recommended by so many bloggers! I still haven’t read the former, although I want to.
Great list! I wouldn’t have read The Cruel Prince if I hadn’t seen it all over the blogosphere and I’m so glad I did – it’s so fun. π
Great list! I’ve seen so many of these floating around on book blogs:)

I loved Geekerella! I want to read The Hating Game – I’ve seen it everywhere. Also, I am the same in that I don’t have a lot of “IRL” friends who read so all my recommendations come from bloggers / bookstagrammers lol
So many great books on this list! I still haven’t picked up “The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes” and I really need to give it a try and revisit that series.
I’ve only read Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes of these, which I liked, but not as much as the original Hunger Games trilogy.

Too Much and Never Enough was a very good read!
My post.
THE UNHONEYMOONERS is one I read because of recommendations. It’s not my usual genre, but I really enjoyed it. I’m glad you did as well.
Happy TTT!

Iβve been seeing the Flatshare a lot this week. Maybe I need to take another recommendation… Hapoy Tuesday!
I loved The Flatshare when I finally got around to reading it! I have The Switch by the same author to read now, and I know she’s a new book coming out in 2020!
Here’s my TTT!
So many great reads on this list– I’m glad they were recommended to you!
I have only read The Hating Game, but a number of these are on my list as they have come highly recommended to me as well.
