Top Ten Tuesday

Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme by The Artsy Reader. This week’s topic is Books From My Favorite Genre. These days, I’ve been very into the romance genre. In the last couple of years the genre has made leaps and bounds in terms of diversity and quality of plots. Gone are the days of romance just being Harlequin paperbacks (not that those are necessarily bad) – there is considerably less stigma around the genre and far more options than ever before.

  1. Anna and the French Kiss by Stephanie Perkins
  2. All Your Perfects by Colleen Hoover
  3. The Hating Game by Sally Thorne
  4. One Day in December by Josie Silver
  5. The Fault in our Stars by John Green
  6. Red, White, and Royal Blue by Casey McQuiston
  7. The Kiss Quotient by Helen Hoang
  8. The Seven Husbands by Evelyn Hugo by Taylor Jenkins Reid
  9. Fangirl by Rainbow Rowell
  10. The Proposal by Jasmine Guillory

Ahh The Kiss Quotient is another favourite.. It had blown my mind last year 😃

Rest all of these are on my list and I absolutely can’t wait to read them 😊

  2. To this day, The Fault In Our Stars remains one of my favourite books. Sadly, I wasn`t a big fan of John Green`s other novels, but this one will always hold a special place in my heart.

  3. I loved Fangirl and I’ve heard lots of good things about the seven Husbands. In fact Taylor-Jenkins Reid in general- I’ve only read one of her books but really liked it. I need to try more. Nice list.
